On this website you will find information about my counselling and psychotherapy services as follows:

1. I distinguish between general and specialist counselling services because, you may have a general problem that you want to resolve, or you many have a special problem, e.g. anger management:

2. I offer seven specific forms of counselling help, including: anger management, stress management, confidence coaching, anxiety and depression relief, couples therapy, and communication/assertion skills.

3. I work with clients all over the world, and so you might prefer to read about either:

(a) Face to face counselling and psychotherapy in Halifax and Hebden Bridge; or:
(b) Long distance counselling (by telephone, email, instant messaging, or computer contact (i.e. voice over the internet, with or without a webcam).
