• 1. Telephone counselling: Telephone counselling is a well established alternative to face to face counselling. It is obviously better to have face to face contact with your coach or counsellor, but in many situations this is impossible: for examples, when you are disabled or house-bound; or when you live in an area that is not well served by coach/counsellor/therapists, or by those of the school of counselling that you prefer.

  I will normally get your order within minutes of your signing up at ClickBank, and will normally respond to you within a few hours. Delivery of your service is normally possible within 24 to 48 hours. Thus telephone counselling is often easier to access more quickly than face to face services. • 2. Email counselling: This service involves an exchange of emails - one from you to me, and one reply from me; by ordering and paying via ClickBank. Your email can be up to two standard typed pages of text, in 12 point type, attached to a brief covering email. I will read your email attachment, and comment at various points, giving my interpretation and any advice or guidance that seems appropriate. The cost of this service, is $30 USD. Now it is possible to have a virtual ‘face-to-face’ meeting with Jim Byrne, over the internet, using a web-cam and voice-over-internet-protocol (VOIP). The voice-over function is available via Windows Live Messenger, AOL, or via Skype.com, and can be accessed by anybody who has a Net Passport and the normal, free Windows Live Messenger software; free Skype software; or AOL.
